These Terms of Service govern your use of Lonise.store and the purchase of any digital workspace systems offered on this website. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

What you are purchasing

Lonise.store provides custom-configured digital workspace systems built on Notion and/or Google Sheets. Each system is a digital service that includes:

Ownership of your system

Upon delivery and full payment, you own the workspace content — the data, pages, and structure built specifically for you. You are free to modify, expand, and use it however you wish.

The underlying design methodology and system architecture approach remain the intellectual property of Lonise.store. You may not resell or redistribute the delivered system as a template product.

Your obligations

To receive the best result, you agree to respond to the customization consultation within 7 days of receiving our email, provide accurate and complete information about your workflow needs, and have an active Notion or Google account capable of receiving the delivered workspace.

Scope of our responsibility

Lonise.store is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the delivered system. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific system in question.

We are not responsible for changes to the Notion or Google Sheets platforms, including pricing changes, feature removals, or service disruptions that may affect your workspace after delivery.

Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by applicable international digital commerce law. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
