Lonise.store delivers 100% digital products. There is nothing physical to ship. Every system is a custom-configured digital workspace delivered via email as a shareable link or file — accessible instantly from anywhere in the world.

Delivery guarantee: Your custom workspace will be delivered within 48 hours of completing the customization consultation. Most systems are delivered within 24–36 hours.

Purchase confirmed

You complete payment via Stripe. A confirmation email is sent automatically to your order email address.

Consultation email sent

Our team contacts you to begin the customization consultation. We ask about your workflow, modules, and preferences.

Within 24 hours

Your system is built

Our team manually configures your workspace. Databases are structured, automations configured, modules added or removed based on your consultation.

Within 48 hours of consultation

Delivery email sent

You receive your workspace link (Notion) or file (Google Sheets). Open it and it's ready to use immediately — no setup required.

Delivery Format

What you receive

Notion systems are delivered as a shareable Notion page link. You duplicate it directly into your Notion workspace with one click. A free Notion account is required.

Google Sheets systems are delivered as a shared Google Sheets file. You make a copy to your own Google Drive. A Google account is required.

Combined systems (Notion + Sheets) are delivered with both — a Notion workspace link and a linked Google Sheets file, pre-connected.

Delays & Issues

If something goes wrong

If you have not received the consultation email within 24 hours of purchase, check your spam folder first. If it is not there, contact us at support@lonise.store with your order confirmation number.

If the delivered workspace has errors or does not match what was agreed upon, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will fix it at no additional cost.

Consultation Response

Your part in the process

Please respond to the consultation email within 7 days of receiving it. If we do not receive a response within 7 days, we will proceed with a standard configuration and deliver without additional customization. You will still receive the revision guarantee.
