When refunds apply
If something is wrong
If your delivered system does not match what was agreed upon during the consultation, we will fix it at no additional cost. Post-delivery revisions are always included.
Revision guarantee: If your system has missing elements, incorrect configurations, or does not reflect what was discussed, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will correct it.
How to request a refund
Send an email to support@lonise.store with the subject "Refund Request" and include your order email address, your Stripe payment confirmation number, and a brief description of the reason.
We respond to all refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days via Stripe.
